Group Personal Training Centennial Park Training Schedule 20th – 24th October

Monday Circuit:  
* 5 markers: Push ups, squats, sit ups, burpees. 20, 15, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
* Med ball oblique line
* Lateral squats
  Centurion dips
  x3 increasing dips by 10 each set
* Walking lunges, back jog, bicycle
  x4 decrease bicycle each set
* Partner up, skips and oblique crunches
Tuesday Boxercise using the shields
Wednesday Running: 1 hot lap of the park – 3.5km
Rained out, well done to those who did the 1 lap!
