Before I start, I must warn you guys, I am reaching breaking point!

It has been over 2 weeks now since we had our eating for fat loss seminar and almost all of you are not sticking with the plan for various reasons and this frustrates me to no end. I am here for you guys, I want you to ask me any questions you have. There is no such thing as a stupid question, so don't keep guessing at what is right and wrong. The only thing I ask is that you write it on the forum so that when…

Dearest Troy

thanks for the kick up the proverbial – both here and this morning. I honestly have to say I thought I would not get to the end of the skiier!Confused

I have your food guide in front of my line of sight over desk, my morning tea all made up last night (can't wait), and have a protein shake ready and waiting in the fridge for arvo tea.

I feel better since eating this way – even though not perfect yet. not as hungry between meals etc.

Trying new 2 block morning tea -  1 cup strawberries, 1 cup frozen berries, 3 almonds smashed up, 4 oz (??120 g) low fat ricotta. very filling very yummy – off to have it now.

Game on Troy – 3 kg by 29 July – training 4 times a week. I promise – or you can literally kick me in the proverbial!Wink

I've got an idea – how about we all add goals for the month and then keep each other honest and on track??

Hi Peta, I'm glad I am getting through to you!

3kg's by end of July is very achievable, you are definitely getting better with your food, just focus on those smaller things and don't sweat the big things.

I know that sounds backwards, but what I mean is don't make tiny mistakes that are so easy to avoid. eg, no fat with your dinner last night or eating a great morning tea and then eating 10 more nuts half an hour later simply because they were sitting on your desk etc

I also mean don't make the big things complicated. eg This morning I asked what you would like to eat for breakfast and you said english muffin with baked means. When I asked you how to make that better, you said you would get rid of the english muffin. Now that would not be making that breakfast better, that would be changing the breakfast entirely! As discussed, have your english muffin and add cottage cheese and avocado. So simple to change the things you want into the things that will work for you.

And stop googling! Everything you need I have already given to you. Spend that time going to the supermarket and getting some quality fresh food!

I'm glad you didn't stop on the SkiErg, even though it was time to go home, I didn't want to force you out the door!

Just remember, it's so easy and you don't need to rearrange your whole life, just make some adjustments and be focussed. Smile

P.S I hope there are nuts and fruit to go with that shake?

P.P.S Aim for low fat cottage cheese next time, it's a little better. other than that, the snack sounds great!
