		<description>Excellent thoughts Troy and so very true.  I hope some of the people you saw on holiday who looked sad and unhappy stop giving up on themselves soon!  Day 1 is the hardest and then the rewards start pouring in after that!   

And I totally agree with the concept of looking after your fitness and weight while you&#039;re in a relationship instead of putting all the effort in when it&#039;s over.</description>
