I must admit that i&#039;am a big fan of the biggest loser simply because it motivates me to see people exercising and losing all that weight! I have to admit though that you&#039;re very right on all those points! I find the &#039;&#039;temptation challenge&#039;&#039; ridiculous! truly don&#039;t understand the point of that! The worst thing was when that girl ate those 4000 calories and michelle- the trainer got angry and punished her for it! Sorry but if you dont want people eating 4000 calories then don&#039;t set the challenge to begin with!
Also i agree that the weight loss is totally unrealistic and unsustainable. I read somewhere that one of the contestants works out 5 or 6 hours a day to maintain the weightloss. Clearly he&#039;s unemployed?!
They&#039;ve sort of improved their show by having a &#039;&#039;master class&#039;&#039; on friday nights where they go through exercises and have chefs prepare healthy meals etc. 
Is &#039;&#039;diet doctors&#039;&#039; and &#039;&#039;you are what you eat&#039;&#039; on pay tv? they seem like interesting shows..</description>
