Group Outdoor Personal Training Centennial Park, Sydney workout of the week

We perform X Fitness once per week. It is based on CrossFit methodology and is a great way to test your fitness as all challanges are results based by either time or repetition.    


We had 1 solid challenge today and 1 that not everyone got through in time, but everyone had a great workout getting there!   


Challenge 1
Begin with an 800m run
Then
20 squats
15 push ups
10 sit ups
5 clap push ups
300m run
x 5 rounds
For time

100 mountain climbers
100 straight leg dips
100 air jacks
then 80 of each, 60, 40, 20
For time with a cut off of 25 mins
If you didn’t finish, I have noted where you were up to at cut off
