Challenge 1
7 push ups
7 burpees
As many full rounds as possible in 10 mins

    Those rollups are deceptive – they seem to work every muscle, its the only exercise I can put down to making my bum ache. Or it could of been those squats in warmup…

    I’m putting my bum-ache down to all the backwards jogging …. !

    How can it be the work-out of the week when it is only Tuesday? I am still hopeless at rollups and running backwards!!
