Thursday Boxercise
Friday Circuit:
* Sprint around lake
* 30 plyometric push ups
* 20 roll ups
* 100 walking lunges
* 50 good mornings
*150 dips
* 30 life savers
* 5o squats thrusts
* 50 sit ups
* 30 frogs
