Do something for your health and fitness today that you don’t normally do. Go for a jog, walk home from work, skip dessert tonight, take a healthy lunch to work instead of getting takeout, have fruit for morning tea instead of coffee, stretch on the floor while you watch tv tonight instead of sitting on the couch.

Give your body the respect it deserves, you’ve only got one and it has to last you a lifetime!
